Question on Auto Filling in 3 Related Fields From a Source Table

Hello all.Let me apologizefor my ignorance now but I was totally abandoned by my IT department and needto build a database.I feel I have madegood progress but am now stuck. My quandaryseems simple and I do not mind reading a help page but I am not sure what tosearch for.

What I have is 3 columns\fields all related as in a BuildingName, a Local building Number and a 3rd party assigned number, allreferring to the same place.I created asource table of these 3 related items each in separate adjacent columns. In thedatabase table I have these 3 columns again and used the look up feature so I canselect the entries form the source in a drop down. What I wouldlike to do somehow is allow someone to look up any of the 3 fields and automaticallyfill in the other 2. Example, I may knowthe Building Name but not the numbers but would like to select the name and theassociated items just appear magically in the other 2 fields.

I am totally at a loss for what to even search for to makethis happen and would welcome and guidance.Thank you.

Thank you. Had the relationships down but that trail led me to looking into the Event Procedure options After Update. Will see where that leads me.
