    I think you have right idea.

    Probably need a Food table that can be the source of items for a combobox in the FoodTable subform. Surely will have more than 3 food items.

    There is no reason for users to see the autonumber fields on forms.

    Why use a listbox on the main form? Make IteamName textbox on the subform a combobox. Pick iteam from combobox.

    Sorry, language barrier is interfering. What do you mean by 'pressure' - mouse click? Why do something the hard way? What you are requesting will require code (I use only VBA). The combobox in subform would not require code to save the IteamName.

    @AzizSader,

    There is an issue with communicating/understanding your post.
    Do you have a specific question? Please describe the Coffee shop business in simple terms.
    If English is not your language, then write your question in your native language and use Google Translate to get the English translation. Paste that translated text to your post.

    Here is a partial data model for CoffeeShop that may give you some insight on your project.

    From Google:

    What happens in a coffee shop?

    A coffeehouse, coffee shop, or café is an establishment that primarily serves coffee of various types, e.g. espresso, latte, and cappuccino. Some coffeehouses may serve cold drinks, such as iced coffee, iced tea, and other non-caffeinated beverages. In continental Europe, cafés serve alcoholic drinks.

    Hi

    The attached will get you started.

    Look at the Relationship Diagram.
    Study the naming of tables and fields.
    As June suggested the selection of the Items would be on the Subform.
