Setting Parameters for multiple fields in one report

    Hello,

I am having trouble figuring out the best way to get the detail I need in a report.

    Here is my base query.

This is an example of the query result.

You'll notice that the query shows multiples of the same student. That's because when it reports it needs to look like the example below. The midpoint date is different for every cycle, so the [Number of Days] (*renamed header -Total Days) and the [Sum of Hrs] (*renamed header - Total Hrs) would vary depending on the midpoint date. I'm not sure if this is where I need VB code written or if there is a way to set parameters in the query to only pull attendance dates up until the [Midpoint] for each individual student. Any Suggestions?
