Hey all,
I am being asked by my supervisor if there is an Microsoft Access Viewer, similar to the Excel of Word viewers out there?
If so, where do I find it?
If not what would you recommend?

it depends on what you mean by viewer... if you have a database application but you don't have microsoft access installed you can install the runtime components. Just google 'install MS access runtime components' you should find a legitimate microsoft download site. This will allow you to open/run the database, but you won't be able to do anything about the design.
If you are trying to view tables/forms/reports in a .mde file (for example) where that is a different matter you would not likely be able to see them without a full version of access.
Thank you for your response.
Suspected as much. I knew that in order to make changes or updates one would have to have the full application (MS Access), but was not sure about the no change viewer.
Thank you.
Have a look at this utility http://www.alexnolan.net/software/mdb_viewer_plus.htm
Thank you much for this post.
