    The following is problematic. Cannot comment in the middle of your parameters
    strFilePath& '.tbl1a_Upload_Market_Data!',

    remove
    & '.tbl1a_Upload_Market_Data!''.tbl1a_Upload_Market_ Data!'

    and get all the data into strFilePath prior to the Docmd statement

    DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acImport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel9, strTable, strFilePath, True, "SHEETNAME!A1:A1000"
