Event program as MS Access report

    Hello everyone,

I created a database that manages all aspects of a 4-day event held annually.

I'd like to create a visually appealing event program on the basis of the data stored in the dtb (basically a table with a grid of days and hours that shows all scheduled activities). The table should not contain too many details, just activity title, venue and employee responsible, but each activity has to be placed correctly on the grid with relation to its date, start and end time.

Can this be done within access (as a report)? If not, what other MS Office program can be fed the data and produce a nice looking and clear table?

    Many thanks!
