    Report Grouping issue

I have a report the data includes an ID Number (Not an Autonumber. It's assigned by an outside federal agency) and a name. I have a report with a group header and footer. When I click on the group header to put the name field for the group it's not there the ID is there but not the name. So I get results like

    Smith
    Johnson
    Barton
    Zulinsky
    Jones

I don't understand why the name cannot be grouped on. This is Access 2010. I have other reports in the same DB that do allow the name to be grouped on just not this one. Anybody with an idea of something to look for in this report that I'm missing?

If it is a field that exists in the query (that the report is based on), then it should show in the grouping list.
If not, add it again with a different caption than just NAME. Reserved words sometime affect things.

Sorry guess I wasn't as clear as I thought. The field does exist in the query and the field name is PCPNAME.
