Outlook tasks import

Hi, I am having trouble viewing the imported tasks from outlook. I have never used access before so the answer is probably quite simple.



I am using a task template downloaded within access. I have connnected to outlook and have imported data. However, I cannot view these in the list of tasks on the default template I downloaded. Is there a way to connect the two so i can open my outlook tasks in access and update them etc.

The import wizard will not import and or link every available element within Outlook. I have not used the Wizard a lot but, my experience is that the wizard is selective and does not retrieve all fields/elements.

I rely on VBA so I can dictate the query.

Is there code I can access that will do this? Simply put, i use the standard outlook tasks function, and I would like to use these in access instead and have the two bits of system communicate with each other when i update tasks and close them etc.

It is not simple and requires some advanced VBA skills as well as a good ability to understand collections and decipher collection properties/methods using help files.
