Select query shows unrelated data. Have I done a bad DB design or a bad query?

    Hi,

I have resolved this. I was not aware that all tables that was related had to be shown in the qry design view. I thought that Access kept track of the relationship paths automatically even though I used only tables in a query that were in the "periphery" in the relationship.

Glad you got it sorted out. Remember, even though you have your relationships established and when you design a query, Access links the tables automatically, making a guess as to what you need, you may need to adjust this to your needs.
