Access 2007, accdb file coverted back to Access 2003 mdb file?

I have Access 2007, our files are in the accdb extensions. One of my colleagues has only the Access 2003 and repeatedly asks me to save as a mdb file. Is there a way that he could down load a converter, accdb to mdb viewer. He only needs to print address from this file for our mailings?

Split the DB to a front end with back end configuration. Publish the back end as MDB and the front ends using the versions of Access that the users have.

Yes...the backend.mdb in the old format so both versions can read it.
