could please help create a database warehouse. in the attached file are tables that I need to tie but unfortunately I did not get.

If you want assistance from readers you will have to describe your issue in plain English, simple terms. Readers can not guess what your application is about. If you can't describe it in simple terms, then neither you, nor anyone else, can build it.

Start with a 5-6 line overview of what the "business" is/does/involves.

I need to build a database of warehouse inventory to see where and how much is such chairs. for sample : only 10 chairs 5 of them in the office and 5 in lab. could you please tell me where I can find a template of database to tune .

Another solution when looking for templates is to search the internet using BING or GOOGLE. You'd be surprised what you will find. Asking for a template in a forum is a case of being very lucky and hoping that someone on the forum when you are posting has done exactly what you are looking to do.
