    Exclamation Do not repeat

Is there a way to only get the "container" information on the far left to show up for the first record and not for the rest of the records? ALL of the information is identical for all of the records in these fields if that helps.

Does changing the Hide Duplicates property of the textbox do what you want?

One last question and this probably has to do with the label not being related to the field maybe.
I cannot get the label "CONT#" to not show up twice. The other labels don't show up twice.
    Any suggestions?

Are the other labels associated with their textboxes?

I figured out how to "relate" it
In Design View, Click the Label to select it, Cut the Label (Ctrl-X), click
the Control to select it, then Paste the Label (Ctrl-V), and the Label will
    be attached to the Control.
