And while giving password it will open Office Button, Ribbon and Navigation Pane.

    HI june7,
there is lot of things u have sent to me, but sorry i didn't get the prefect solution. I need my Access database can be open in any PC nobody can see the Office Button, Navigation pane and Ribbon rather than me. I need to build my Database just like a Database software, where i m only the developer can enter into its back end and design mode. Only i can modify the database nobody will see the tables, forms.

the other people only use this file as a software.

please give me an attachment where i can get example for my Secured Access database software.

What do you mean by 'attachment'. I have offered references to guide you in this effort. A database can be published as an executable (accde) or runtime (accdr), neither of which I have ever done. The second link referenced is the most I have ever done to secure a db.

    hello June7,
u r second link referenced is the most secured db but could u enter into it to edit u r database or any modification. if u could please tell me, i have got a few option into the Access Option button on Office button.
there is a provision of hiding Navigation Pane and off course the total menu bar and the Option as well. There are some Check box that unchecked will hide everything. but how would i modify further.

Aside from the Current Database option settings, ribbon customization is all I've done to further secure the db and is described in the second link.

However, holding down shift key while opening accdb file will override most option settings and bypass code execution, which makes the db fully available for modification.
