Hi All, Hope you can help. I am sure this is easy but I cant get my fried brain around this. I am in the process of sorting out a calendar to identify training needs. In my example, you can see that the food Hygiene isClick image for larger version.

done annually. For two years it is done by e-learning and every third year it is done face to face.

I have conditional formatting set up on the face to face for three years and the e-learning yearly. The problem I am going to have is the year that the face to face is due, so will the e-learning. How can I program it so that the year face to face is due, the e-learning will not show up as due?

    Thanks in advance....

It looks as though you are storing calculated data in a table. This is generally not done.

The answer to your question is to use code that determines if there is a conflict with the other meeting type. Whether you store the result in a table or use the preferred method of displaying the answer at the time of the query, the answer is the same. Use code to execute a formula that compares the two meeting types.
