Subform Control Scrollbar leaves blank/ off color space when not utilized

I have a continuous subform with scrolling enabled, but once it has been utilized on the page it leaves behind its trace on non scrolling records.

It doesn't show up at all, until the first record that needs the scroll is encountered. From that point on it "sticks" on the page regardless of whether the scroll bar is utilized. Screenshot below.

Is there a property or hack I can use to mute this annoying behavior? Its a bit of a sticking point in the aesthetic design.

    Thanks!

Can't say I've ever seen that and can't replicate.

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Possibly update your video driver or increase your RAM?
