how to update data daily

hello
i build a database connected to vb6 and want to use it to collect data every day. i made the data by using append query for the list of data and everyday i have to run the append query to update new data to be stored in database.

the question is how can i stored the data automatically into the database without have to click run the query every day or how can i stored the new data when the date is changing?
