    Orange, thanks very much for the help..
    I have decided to take a different route on this and just create an update query with a date parameter. This will update a different table with only the records that I need. Then I can just print from that table instead of the entire table. I think you kind of hinted to this in one of your posts so I decided to try it. I thought the original coding was going to be simple but I guess not.. This forum is awesome and I have got a lot of good info from here so thanks again for the help.. Reg
