Try the ControlTipText property on the Other tab of Property Sheet.

Can't. It is what it is. That's why I don't bother with it. I put info labels in red text on form.
I do notice that once the first popup tip appears, it shows immediately for other buttons when I move quickly, and I mean zero hesitation, to next one.
