    database designing

    hello everyone

iam planning to design pricing database but got strucked on how the design implementation can be achieved? database is used by sales team only to view the prices they shouldn't be any add delete or modify thing just they will open the database and click one vendor and the pricelist should be appeared to them in read only mode.

my scenario is I have many price lists in excel, pdfs and sometimes in email, I have tried the attachment concept but since the capacity is 2gb I cant afford that.
my question is there any other alternative to achieve this I mean the better way in access?

    thanks

Enter raw price data into tables.

Or store link to external document.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
