White Border On Bottom of each Form

Does anyone know why I would have a white border on the bottom of each form? I took out the navigation controls. Is that what is causing this? How do you get rid of it?

Play with the scrollbar property. Remove both. Does it works ?

various things could cause this, try the command from the tool bar - Window...Size to Fit form,
you may have an object there, try and select all form objects and see if xomething is there,
try changing the backcolor for the form detail section, and see if there is something there
check the form footer if this section's height is set to anything other than 0cm it will be displayed as a bar as thick as the setting if no other controls are in the footer

Thanks it was the scroll bar property. That was so annoying. Thanks again.
