error message when trying to convert from Access 2.0 to 2002

I get the following message when I try to convert my access 2.0 to Access 2002. "Microsoft Access Failed to convert or enable your code modules. Your computer may be low on disk space or memory." a search online said that the reason for this message is that: "There is at least one form or report in your database that contains a Visual Basic for Applications module and it has 754 or more combined controls, sections, and fields in the RecordSource property." I cannot find a form or report that has a module, in fact under modules in the objects list, mine is empty. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

How are you doing the conversion? Are you doing SaveAs or importing?

Any form or report with more than 754 entities?

    I don't know 2002, never used Access before 2003.

Is there a SaveAs menu item?

    Can 2002 import from A2?

    Bummer!

    Form with 754 entities?

You did Compact & Repair before conversion?

Do you still have A2.0 available?

Only other thing I can suggest is go back to A2.0 and import everything into a new file and see if that cleans up the db.

I just re-read suggested cause. It is saying a RecordSource references too many fields/controls/sections, not that the form has too many.

You would have to look at every query and RecordSource sql. How such a query could be saved is beyond me.
