Classes not taken

Greetings, having a little trouble with this, I have a Query that pulls what classes have been taken, What I need tofind out is based on the required training I have in a table I need to make a new query that just designates the classes that are needed based on the required traing table,


Example Bob has these classes that he has taken on one query and Bob needs class a,b and D on another based on his job title's required training to move forward.
