I got it figured out i appreciate the help guys. I had to do some searching. I had to call the company and see if they could email us everyday to make it easier on us. I just put >=Date()-1 in the criteria so it would make a date from the day before for when the data was created. Thank you.

Does Friday's data come on Monday??? Would/does your solution work over weekends??? (yes, I have a twisted mind, but that is why I get paid the big bucks.... I wish)

They send an email everyday . It is all automated. I am trying to make my database so when as soon as i get an email from this place it runs my database and everything is uploaded. So over the weekends it would run the same still.
