New line in html email form field

How can I let users enter new lines in html email form field. The email is to collect data from the users. I am using Access 2010.

    Really appreciate any help.

You are using Collect Data? Users might have to type Ctrl+Enter or Alt+Enter to get new line.

Unfortunately this isn't working when filling up the form in outlook. Is there a workaround? May be put in a bunch of "new line" symbols as default value? Is that possible? Just brainstorming.

    Sorry, no ideas.

I just tried to send a Collect Data email and it failed. Must be because my software was upgraded to Windows 7 and Office 2010. I know I've done this before but now the email just sits in my Outbox and won't send. I get error 'cannot connect to Microsoft Exchange'.
