    Add to customers/bookings form

    Hello

    1.

I have uploaded two simple tables (pdf), one being customers and the other bookings.

The customers table has data added by means of a access form and the bookings table sitting below (datasheet) is a subform.

This works with only one person booking (single occupancy) but there could be as many as four people (max) who book together (sharing same room/accomodations). I need to add more people to that initial customer/booking after their customer information is entered. (double, triple, quad occupancy).

My question is how should I do this and would I use some sort of popup form to append to the customers/bookings table? Also some people pay on their own regardless if they are sharing accomodations which would reflect in the bookings table?.

append the record using the customerID?
    use a groupID? (Customers table)
    use a groupID? (Bookings table)

Note: Groups will travel and groups may be as small as 3 people (one room) to 30 people using several rooms. The Group is important because they like to sit together while in transit (coach), and have rooms in proximity of each other as well as dinner, shows etc.

Thank you for reading this ...
