Cool version conversion - access 2003 on winxp to access 2013 on win8

I am trying to setup a tracking system, I have a win xp system with access 2003, I need to upgrade this to windows 8 and access 2013. If I do this will I be able to use a DB created in access 2013 on a system with access 2010?
Till now I have only needed to suport an in house system I designed eons ago (started with access v2) where I work, time to upgrade.

Yes you can, however make sure you fix all your references. Also, if you install the 64bit version of Office, you may need to make some minor modifications to the VBA to make it work.
