Did you run Compact & Repair? Did you zip it? 2MB zip allowed. If still too large can upload to fileshare site such as Box.com and post link to the file.

Any luck with my database??
The posted db doesn't show my suggestion was attempted in the report.
I applied the settings as I suggested and it almost works. The first two records that don't have any support staff are definitely collapsed as you want but other records are inconsistent in the results.
The only other suggestion is to concatenate all the support staff fields into a single textbox.

Which part did I miss? I put "Y" to shrink and grow. I zeroed the text box, but I kept going back. Do you think I did it in the wrong place?
I have been struggling with this issue for several years!
There is only the one report so I don't know where you did the modifications. Did you not provide the correct copy of db?
Regardless, the idea fails. That leaves concatenation.

oh, gosh! I don't know about concatenation.
Examples:
[field1] & [field2] & [field3] & [field4] & [field5]
[field1] & ", " & [field2] & ", " & [field3] & ", " & [field4] & ", " & [field5]
[field1] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [field2] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [field3] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [field4] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [field5]
IIf(IsNull([field1]), "", [field1] & Chr(13) & Chr(10)) & IIf(IsNull([field2]), "", [field2] & Chr(13) & Chr(10)) & IIf(IsNull([field3]), "", [field3] & Chr(13) & Chr(10)) & IIf(IsNull([field4]), "", [field4] & Chr(13) & Chr(10)) & [field5]

OMG! I am totally not up to par when it comes to this. Please bare with me.
Exactly where would I put this, query or report?
Expression can be in query to create a field then bind textbox to the constructed field. Or the expression can be in textbox ControlSource property.
