    Help with Access Project

I am trying to create a customer fleet managment Database. The purpose of the database is to catalog customers vehicles and the replacement parts for each vehicle. I have created a customer table , vehicle table and a table for each catagory of replacement parts. I am having problems creating a easy to use form for accessing the data for each vehicle and entering data. I would like to be able to first select the customer then the vehicle and then the data is displayed an available to edit. Help would be appreciated. I can supply the database if needed.

You are almost certainly going to want to use a MainForm/SubForm arrangement.

    >> and a table for each catagory of replacement parts.<<

    This may be incorrect.

If you could post a copy of your database someone will have a look and get back to you.

Have you ever reviewed Tony's system?

I'm Carl Dobbs, an Expert. I think you need a lot of advice. I can spend an hour with you on the phone. I can call you. Just email me the request. I'm a professional and I am happy to give out advice. It is just that what you are asking is very complex. You want to do a database without being a professional. I think I am able to steer you in the right direction. There is just so much to know. My number is 301-534-6052. I am not always available but you can leave a voice mail.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
