How make Access 2003 application run in W7 without any version of Access installed?

A split database (MDA, MDB) with a menu driven interface for calling forms was developed in Access 2003 and run for years on a computer with various versions of Access through 2007 installed. Old computer replaced with a new machine running W7 and no version of Access installed. Can I get the database to run on W7? If so, how do I do it?

Should be able to install Access 2010 runtime and get it to work. Not sure how the MDA add in comes into play in your situation or if your DB was designed to operate in a run time environment.
