Need ideas for email survey that includes pictures of employees

    Hello all and Happy Holidays!

I have a client who wants to send out customer satisfaction survey as soon as the job (a move) is done. They want to email them, and within the email will be included the movers names and pictures so each one can be rated on their performance. I am at a loss as to how to go about doing this (I am somewhat familiar with emailing through Access using Outlook). anyone have any ideas for me? I think it would be a neat tool to create on a grand scale.

    Thank you in advance!

I would start by creating an Access report object that represents the relative information you wish to convey. You can automate the report to open when the status of your described task is updated.

With that, you can then move to emailing the report.

Thank you for the suggestion. I left out one detail however, the survey needs to be completed electronically and returned to the company and processed through the database.

I would still start by creating the report so you have something tangible to work with and a way to test iteration of the recordset.

You could employ a macro enabled Word doc and attach it to an email. More complicated but, the foundation I described earlier is still relevant.
