    view contents of a macro

I have Access 2010 and would like to review the content of a macro, but am unable to open it up. I go to Create, Macros & Code, click on Macro , then on In This Database, then on Macros and I see the name of the macro, but I can't get into it to see the code. can you advise me?

    thanks in advance

Is this an embedded macro or a general macro that is listed in the navigation pane? If it's in the navigation pane, right click > Design View.

I am guessing it is an embedded macro. It should be a simple one. I have a button that I want to take the user out of Access and to the Desktop. I have such a one on one database, but that is the one I can't view the coding on.

Open the form in design view, select the button. On the Property Sheet event tab. Any event show [Embedded Macro]? Click the ellipses on the event property.
