seting character attributes to Rich Text in a Memo field

I have a form, on it is a field set to Memo and Rich Text. How do I add the buttons so a user can set bold, italic, and red attributes to the text with buttons placed adjacent to the field?

Don't think you can, at least not without some sophisticated programming or a 3rd part add-in. The RTF toolbar only available when the RTF control has focus.
