    adding records through form

    Hey guys,

I'm having some troubles over here.. I have 3 tables.

    as example:

table A with 1 column, table B with 1 column en table C with 2 columns

I use table C to make combinations of data in table A and B like
    A1 and B2
    A1 and B4
    A3 and B2
    ...

I wanted to make a form where I have on top a combobox with all the inputs of table A and if I chose for example A1 I would get a subform with all the B's that are combined with that A input like B2 and B4 for A1.. and if I added new inputs in this subform it would automaticly update table C for a new combination and update table B if that new input wasn't in there already..

I tryed and I tryed, unsuccessful.. can somebody explain to me what I should do and if this is even possible without the help of VBA?

    thx!

What you are asking for does not make a lot od sense to me. Is this some sort of exercise? What is the real world example?
