Greetings one and all,

I am in the process of converting several MS Access tables so they work in SharePoint 2010. Everything works fine. I am able to go to the Database Tools tab, click on the SharePoint button and the tables happily load into SharePoint.

My question relates to version control. If I click on the SharePoint button 3 or 4 times, SharePoint will create extra versions of the tables. The file names look like this... List_2, List_3, List_4, etc. I don't need all of these extra files. How do I get SharePoint to keep only 1 copy? I've been playing with the versioning controls but it doesn't see to want to work with me.
