Question How to create report with multiple-page width - have approximately 120 columns/fields

I need to create a report with approximately 120 columns. How do you add fields/columns past the 1 page size. I am using 11/17 size page landscape, but it will only be viewed online. Currently I am stuck at a 1 page limit.

    Any suggestions?

Access report design is limited to 22" x 22", period. If you can't fit all fields on one line then 'wrap' the row. Make row 'multi-line'. Arrange the textboxes (and their labels in header) in a staggered configuration. Separate records with a line control. That's what I do. If your data is really just small numbers and it's the labels that are causing the width issue, rotate the labels.

Thank you for your information. Rotating the column headings may help, but I have been told that it will continue to grow with increasing number of columns.

I'm now thinking that Pivot tables may be the way to go.

Why would there be increasing number of columns?

The company I work for does educational testing and the types of items that I record in my database are continually changing. Right now I have 5 new item types to add to the database and I keep a records for each item type = #items ordered, $ Rate per item, # items received, # items paid, and the $ value of the items paid - so for the 5 item types I have to add, that adds another 25 fields/columns to my Item Contract Table.

Just as tables have a limit on number of fields, so do queries.
