    Help me i'm a novice!

I'm desperately trying to build myself a relatively simple database for a company i have started, but my knowledge of access seems to have diminished substantially over time. I'm even struggling to link my tables correctly and wonder if there is any kind soul out there who wants to point me in the right direction.

make a minor investment in a textbook of the version you have. easily found at Amazon or any big box book store.

creating relationship between tables is a stand alone task/feature which is an icon on the menu bar; however it isn't mandatory as when you make queries, forms/subforms relationships between tables can be established as part of their creation as well.

just be sure to logically think thru the tables you need; with a cross referencing field between tables whenever there is a 1:1 or 1:many logical relationship.
