Post Not able to make Form from related Tables

As maximus pointed out above...not clear on the problem you are having.
    1. I did not see any queries in the sample database you provided.
Are you attempting to create only ONE form, which contains field names from ALL four tables you provided?
    2. What is the record source of your form? (Table/Query)

Recommendation: In the Shipment Table's General Tab, change the JobNo's Indexing method to Yes (No Duplicates). Note: If you require Duplicates in this table, there is a great chance you may experience problems when joining the relationships between each table in your query.

    Thanks.

    Hi Maximus,

actually i am trying to creat a "single data entry form" from all the tables provided. I cud not see the form which you hv attached, if you re-attached pls ??

Also pls advise if can creat reports based on the abv form to cut repeated work.
    a) Like sending intimation to customers.
    2) making invoices
    3) releasing consignement to customers.

    Anil,
Just following up on your issue.
Were you able to create your form using all 4 tables?
