    Memo field table for email message

    I thought of making an email message from a unrelated table (form with memo field, rtf)

    Would this be possible? I was thinking to refer to it in the vba

    Something like

    emailmsg = [tblEmails]![EmailMessage]

    or

    emailmsg = forms!frmEmailMemo!memEmailText

    not working of course...

    Yes, can refer to control of an open form to pull value into the code.

    Can also pull value from table - use VBA recordset or domain aggregate function.

    Try something like this:

    emailmsg=DLookup("EmailMessage", "tblEmails")

    This assumes that there's at least one record in the tblEmails.
