Creating a backup email address

There's a better than even chance I will be switching jobs soon. Like any job it could end at a moments notice. Since I use my work email address for notifications, I am afraid I could be locked out of my forum account before I have a chance to change this. I would like to put in a secondary address to prevent this from happening. Can this be done and if not can this feature be added?

I don't understand how bad address could lock you out of forum. If email address is removed by your organization from their directory, then you just won't get emails until you change your profile. Why don't you just change it now to a personal account?

You could turn off email notification and just get messages by PM. That's what I do.

No, no backup email, but you can change your email address even after you lose access to your current email. You only need to verify your new email address: https://www.accessforums.net/profile...o=editpassword

Yes, of course, as long as I don't forget my password. I've been locked out of other sites where they send the password reset to your registered email address. In this case I don't think I'll forget it, but it could and probably has happened to someone.
