    Patient database

Okies I have a database (I am truly a novice).
    Table 1
    Table 2
    Table 3
ID (PK) (AutoNumber) ID (Number) ID (PK)
    First name Street
    Last name TownID Town
    MI State
    Date Of Birth County
    Sex Zip

Table one is related to Table two through ID. Table 3 is related to table 2 through ID --> Town ID. Both one to many. I want to build a form to add a town in table two from a drop down list where i see the town as a word and update as a town ID. The subform where i see the address i want to see it as a table. Any ideas?

    I figured it out

I think I got it. I had to use a combo box builder.
