    Sorting in a subform

How can I change the order of records in a subform whose underlying source is a table? Thanks in advance!!!

Use a query that sorts the records in the desired order as the record source, or set the "OrderBy" and "OrderByOn" properties in the form's Open event.

This is a topic I am interested in also, I am supposed to create a form that my superior can pick different sorting critera from like three or four drop down boxes and then have the data in a sub-form sorted/filterd by the chosen criteria just by pressing a button.

Does this make sense? Does any one have an easy way to do this. He doesn't hant to use queries
