Query to find latest date

Hello all,
I am trying to make a query search for the latest date that each welder did for each process, a type of welder certification to make sure he is still certified. I have 4 Fields, Welder Name, Weld Process, Job Number and Date Welded. I need to filter for the latest date that each welder welded for that process.

Here is an example
Welder: John Doe
Process: MIG
Job Number: B0605
Date Welded: 11/16/09

There are hundreds of welders, thousands of dates, thousands of Job numbers, and around 10 processes. I have racked my brain and cannot get this one.
