REALLY need help customizing Desktop Call Tracker DB Forms

I recently took my life savings and purchased a very small delivery company. We deliver food for resteraunts, Booze for cold beer and wine stores, Floral arrangement, Pharmacy Medicines to old age homes etc etc.
The Desktop Call Tracker Database (Template) has all the information that I require to record, but the 'new call' form... I am having problems customizing the form to service my company.
Currently the only employees are myself, my girlfriend and her mother.
Previously, all calls for delivery were recorded with pen and paper. I would really like to be able to track all my calls, customers... but to do so effectively, I need a workable database (Which the Desktop call tacker is).... I Just really have to customize the 'new call' form.
I am not very familiar with access... and could really use some help. So, if anyone could find it in their heart to offer some assistance, I'd really appreciate it.

If you post a specific problem you are having, I'm sure someone would be able to help.

In short. I would like to remove some fields, rename and add others, without it affecting how the info is entered into the db

For the rename effort, you might invest in third party tool like Fishers Find and Replace. Cost about $50. Saved my butt more than once. Don't delete fields until you remove it from all objects. Fishers utility can be used to find all uses of a field. Adding field is not an issue. But modifying objects to use it is just painstaking labor.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
