Search by weeks and or months (dates)

I have an access database with dates ( start date, end date, and total # of days), what I am trying to do is make 4 weekly reports,
1 will be the people who are gone for the month
1 report will be the people that are on vacation for the week and when they will return (First name, last name, Start date, end date and total # of days used)
1 will be the people who have used all their days maxium of 60

1 will be on who has extended leave <60

    thanks for all you help

    What exactly is your question?
What tables and relationships make up your database?
You'll need to tell us more details.

I actually have just 1 question: how can I do a search per wewek (i.e. I want to search who is on and/or requested leve on the week of 9/1/13-9/7/13)

To provide more focused advice, we need more info from you. Please tell us about your tables.
Show/tell us what you have tried.

There are functions to get week number from a Date. If you stored the VacationStartDate and VacationLength you could calculate the number of days and whether someone was on (was supposed to be on) Vacation on any given date. Ideally you are recording PlannedVacation and ActualVacationTaken.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
