    Disappearing Act

I have designed several forms that my clients will use to input data. When I enter some test data, the fields appear to hold the data, but when I hit enter at the end of an input, all the data input disappears from the form...!! But when I exit the form and reenter again, the data appears as normal.

What causes the field to clear themselves after I hit a enter key?

When you move from the last Control in the Tab Order of a Form, by Default, Access moves to a New Record, which automatically saves the Record to the underlying Table.

To change this Default behavior, in Form Design View, go to Properties - Other and change the Cycle Property from All Records to Current Record.
