Copy an attatched pdf to folder when printing reports

Ok I have a db that prints a bunch of memos for the army. I have a checklist in pdf format saved as an attachment in its own little table. The db creates a folder with the persons name and then puts all the memos (reports) in that folder. How do I also make it put a copy of the attachment in the folder as well. I seen to have misplaced my stack of access commands and my phone is not cooperating right now.
