Email Information on Form to Specified Email address

I'm extremely inexperienced with the coding side of access. I am looking for a way to have a submit button on a form that will:

    1) Saves the information
    2) Send a notification email to the supervisor email address (email address never changes) stating there is a new ISO action for their review/concurrence.

In the email, I'd like to include a few fields: EmployeeName, DateSubmitted, Division, ISOAction, ISOActionDescription

Check out SendObject in VBA help. You can build an email subject or body using the form by concatenating literal text and form references:

    "On " & Me.DateSubmitted & " employee " & Me.EmployeeName & " submitted an action."

"Me" is a shortcut way to refer to the form containing the code.
