    Report Printing

My user enters data on the main page. (information for a Dinner Dance)
Selects <Continue> button to take them to a new form/Menu. (List of Catigories, christmas easter etc.)
Selects a catagory that takes them to a new form/Menu (Sees a list of samples (Xmas Sample 1, Xmas sample 2etc) Selects a sample which opens in report view.

Now there is no access to any top buttons for printing. I can't add a button to the report for printing.

How do I get the report to print?
Should I have them return to the previous menu and have another button Ex:< Print this sample>?

If I use a form to view the sample tickets only one ticket will be displayed. The db is for making tickets for a dance eg 200 numbered tickets.

I would like to be able to view a sample and check to ensure all 200 tickets are there before printing.

    Any suggestion?

Can you not choose File/Print from the menu?
If you want a button you should be able to customise the toolbar and add one.

If you display your form as a continuous form you will be able to see all the tickets.

I got the continuous form working. I still do not have access to the tool bar. I may have turned access to it off some how.

How do I create my own tool bar?

Is there a way to ad a button for printer options such as selecting print only the first page for proof reading, or selecting pages 1 to 5 for printing. Eg how many and which page to print out?

In design view right-click on the toolbar area and choose customise.

These are all standard features of the windows print function that should be available form file/print.

I still do not have access to the tool bar or the 2007 office button. I may have turned it off.

I will try to make my own printer button.

    thanks
