    reports

I have 2 reports with different page settings that I would like to print in one double sided document. I tried to join the 2 reports by adding one as a subreport however I'd noticed that even though the 2 reports have different page settings once I add the subreport to the main report the subreport setting automatically change to the same settings as the main report.

Can someone give me an idea of how to join the two reports but keeping the 2 different report settings.

    Thanks so much in advance

    Can't. Main report controls pagination.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Download a free pdf printer, print the two reports, combine them (pdfcreator from Sourceforge lets you "wait and collect documents"). Then you can 'print' the document into one pdf. Then you can print that pdf double-sided.

What specifically changes in the subreports page settings that you don't want to change? Have you tried making sure "Show Page Header and Page Footer" is set to "Yes" on subreport control in the main report?

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
