    switchboard manager in access 2007

    Hi,

I want to add more items in switchboard manager. i'm using in switchboard mainly shows in forms, reports, close. when i click on forms 7 forms and close shown same as in reports. i want to add close item in report section but i have already 8 reports switchboard manager is not taken 9th item. i.e., close. if we click on close back to main switchboard. how to solve this.

i search for this in google, it will show to add some code in filloptions in switchboard form_Open.i.e.., const constnumbuttons=8. To replace this with 9 or more. but i won't get any code. i have only macro in form_open

i'm using access 2007. Please help me.

    Regards,
    Sireesha.

I don't use the switch board in 2010.
However I do see that that Microsoft no longer uses code behind it.
    Macros are used.
It appears that they only write macros for the first 8 items.
You will need to add more lines to the macro to take more than 8 items.
